when you upload m4a file, derivatives (mp3, ogg) can't be made, therefore player isn't showing. you need to upload mp3, ogg, wav or lossless (flac, shn).

thankyou so much thats brilliant, I've been trying to sort this out for months i should have asked earlier... one more query if its not too much trouble...to delete files i no longer want available how do i do that? thankyou for your help

if you want to replace m4a with mp3 within on of your items, follow these instructions:

if you want to get rid of some items altogether, post the deletion request in forums with links to unwanted items.
